NFL Stats Buddy ("the App") is an AI-powered NFL analytics tool. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
We do not collect personal data. The App does not require account creation, login, or any personal information to function.
NFL Stats Buddy stores an NFL statistics database locally on your device. When you ask a question, the App uses an AI model to generate a SQL query that runs against the local database. Your questions are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI or Anthropic) to generate the query, but no personally identifiable information is included in these requests.
The App communicates with AI providers (OpenAI and/or Anthropic) to process your natural language questions. Only the text of your question and the database schema are sent. No personal data, device identifiers, or usage history is transmitted.
All NFL statistics data is stored locally on your device. No user data is stored on our servers because we do not operate servers that collect user data.
The App does not knowingly collect data from children under 13. Since we collect no personal data from any user, this applies equally to all age groups.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
